Your thyroid levels suggest mild hypothyroidism, which can cause tiredness. It may need a small change in medication or further tests like Anti-TPO. Please consult me online so I can review your reports in detail and guide you on the right dose and management.
Hope this helps☺️
First of all start exercising daily. Do yoga. A sedentary lifestyle can predispose you to comorbidity like hypothyroidism. Before you start any treatment please get Anti TPO antibody test done. Then with a one week gap again go for thyroid profile test. Then we can decide the dose of thyroxine if diagnosis is made. Please consult for further discussion
Your reports suggest borderline hypothyroidism (also called subclinical or early hypothyroidism) — your TSH is mildly high, T4 is normal, and T3 is slightly low. This often causes fatigue, low energy, weight gain, hair fall, and mood changes.
You may soon need low-dose thyroid hormone replacement (like Thyroxine) after proper evaluation, including repeat tests (TSH, free T3, free T4, anti-TPO antibodies).
I’d strongly recommend a detailed review of your thyroid profile, symptoms, and medication plan to prevent worsening.

A rise in TSH level and normal T3 and T4 means subclinical hypothyroidism.Usualy treatment is not required unless you are symptomatic,TSH level is above 10 ,or planning for a pregnancy. However tiredness could be a symptom, consult an endocrinologist in your area for a clinical examination and appropriate management
If ur TSH normal and T3 is less than normal!...
Then It is sub- clinical hypothyroidism!
Any Drugs are u using???
Iodine deficiency???
Check for ANTI TPO antibodies..
CHECK AGAIN TSH T3 T4 AFTER 4-5 WEEKS!..
U have to start thyroxine !....
