Hi Since you are breast feeding, don't take raw curry leaves but use it in dishes. You can use hair oil with curry leaves and methi seeds and awla powder in coconut oil for gently massaging your scalp. Take milk, milk products, green leafy vegetables and fresh fruits.Include egg, flax seeds, dry fruits in your daily diet. Stay hydrated by taking atleast 8 glasses of water. Relax, don't take stress . Things will improve. Thanks

Hi, Including any superfoods won't help you much. Post partum needs time, to settle for the whole body. Take balanced meals comprising all nutrients. Keep the water intake high. Regularise your sleep cycles & keep the stress at bay.
