Hi, Lactation is a phase of high nutritional demands to be able to produce enough milk to feed the baby. Have a well balanced diet and sound sleep of 7-8 hours. Also Whole grain cereals like Daliya,Bajra,Jowar,Ragi, Deep coloured fruits and vegetables will help. Add Jaggery, Rava, Methi seeds, Nuts and oilseeds for good results. Water intake to be about 10-12 glasses.
