Admission Process:

  • The patient or the caregiver will be asked to fill the admission form accurately and then a unique hospital ID is generated and the patient is admitted to the hospital. The patient should bring documents such as records of past medical history, and insurance cards [if any].

Discharge Process: 

  • The billing is centrally administered by the billing department. It is mandatory for cashless payments to pre-authorize and in the case of emergency, it is handled by the case manager. Before getting the discharge summary, all the outstanding dues have to be finished.
