I had a short 12 minute wait, having reached at 10am. The doctor was patient, listened to my concerns and sent me immediately for an audiometer test. Then after a brief wait he saw me again, read the audiology report, examined my left ear, used a tuning fork to test whether I could hear it on my left side and immediately reassured me that my auditory nerve had not been affected by the virus I had suffered from for ten days. His manner was completely professional and he put me at ease by explaining why he was prescribing a strong corticosteroid to get rid of the infection in my middle ear.

My mom consulted her a year back for vertigo treatment and she is really doing good after her consultation. Myself treated with ear wax treatment, after consulting with many doctors she is upto the point. I really thankful for her treatment and patience.

It was prompt and efficient. Especially during these covd times. After 10 days or so, there is slight numb throbing pain sometimes and the hearing is not 100 percent. Hopefully it will get better. I hope. Thank you
