My name is Manikumar GK. I have back pain , bowel pain and sometimes shoulder pain too in a very severe way. Last 10 years from 2011, I more frequently get back pain /stiffness while I wake up from bed in morning times. I met many doctors in my hometown.

Finally I met Dr.Vijay KR Rao sir and diagnosed as Ankylosing Spondylitis back pain on Jan2020. Due to fear for long/short term treatment, I didn’t take medicines at that time on 2020. Some days I feel normal; some days I suffered lot during that period 2020.

From June2021 I believed about this strange disease symptoms & started all medicines suggested by Dr.Vijay KR Rao sir religiously. Periodically he changes the medicines. I followed him whole heartedly. As on March 2022 now, I have improved flexibility than last 5 years and I am able to walk freely without fear of stiffness . The frequency of morning stiffness has reduced lot. I am still continuing to meet Dr.Vijay KR Rao sir periodically to gain the flexibility as If I was in my college days while playing basket ball.

I liked DIVISHA Arthritis and Medical Centre and their staffs. All are very polite and reachable in emergency times in phones. DIVISHA Arthritis and Medical Centre is very neat and clean with enough space. I felt very peaceful environment there by having organized appointment procedures & LAB facilities. Medical prescription Folder file has all 3S ( stiffness, swelling, soreness ) chart with symptoms diagrams and Diet charts for patients. I liked a questionnaire survey done there which is more practical and I experienced those one day or another in my last 10 year. Very practical analysis by Dr.Vijay KR Rao sir.

I am writing this review post 1 year 3 months of treatment and have not made any statement early so that patients will not be misguided.

Issue: Lower back pain due to acute sacroiliitis and Disc herniation/bulge of 11mm at L5-S1 and mild bulge at L4-5. Pain was intolerable and found very difficult to even get up from bed.

Diagnosis: Was declared as Ankylosing Spondylosis as I was HLA-B27(genetics) positive.

Consulted some of the best doctors from prestigious hospitals and was prescribed SAAZ 2 500mg morning and night and was not very happy about it. They also insisted that this will remain for the rest of my life and dose may increase or prescription can change.

Considering the above, started with a bit of research and found good reviews for Dr Vijay KR Rao and thought of giving a try even though was bit skeptical in the start.

Consulted him and he was very positive and gave me the confidence that I will be cured in 2 to 2.5 years and was not able to believe him initially as I was going through so much of pain and mental trauma.

Started following the lifestyle changes suggested from him and intake of regular medicines prescribed and now past 1 year 3 months, I am able to do everything and now regularly indulge in workouts (3 days jogging and 3 days strengthening exercises) comfortably.

I can honestly say that I am almost back to normal life but still if i go out of diet then I do experience sacroiliitis pain which I normally treat it with hot water bag instead of pain killers.

Also avoid any form of packed foods/sugar/smoking this will help to reduce pain by 50%.

A couple of years ago I developed extreme joint pains . My mobility was limited and all of sudden i was unable to walk for long and even simple tasks that involved my joints became difficult. Today I am free from medication and able to walk at ease and carry out all my daily activities with no difficulty and all the credit goes to Dr Vijay KR Rao . I highly recommend him ,for you can be rest assured that you are in the right hands . .Also his team at his clinic ,Divisha Arthritis and Medical Center , are fantastic . I am Immensely grateful and thankful for all the help Dr Vijay KR Rao has given me.
