I went to this Doctor with severe lower back pain. He suggested few back strengthening exercise for a week. He advised, if the pain is not relieved even after a week you can consult an Ortho Doctor. I started doing the exercise suggested by him. But after 4th day, I could feel the difference. The pain has gradually reduced. Now I am completely fine. But still I am continuing the same exercise as per his advise.
