my name is ranjit reddy , i am writing the feedback with heavy pain.

my mother sujatha was a chronic kidney patient, she was undergoing dailsis from jan 2017 twice a week.

my mother was suffering from chest pain on 27th sep 2019 night, we contacted yashoda hospital malakpet they asked us to come..

0n sep28th morning we have admitted in emergency they have checked ecg they told she is fine, dailsis unit person callled Mr. Doctor sudhakar Neprologist told about sujatha patient, dr sudhakar told do dailsis i will come and see around 11am.

dailsis unit person started dailsis procedure around 9,30am , my mother got cardiac arrest around 12.30 pm. there was no 2d echo machine in icu unit we have waited 3 hourd for 2d echo test****** ****** *** ******** ***** ******* ** **** ** *** ***** ***** ******* ** ****** over the phone he suggest just do dailsis. she will get better.

he was very rude to us , on 0ct 1st when we asked about my mother condition and we told him we are very upset with the treatment, for that he told that you can take your mother,,, after spending 4 days on ventilator really we were very upset with his answer.

seriously i was shocked with dr sudhkar answer that you may take patient.

in my family lot of people got admitted in hospital and got good treatment.

i have never given any negative feedback about doctors.

this is the 1st time i have given feed back, hope this would be the last time

later she was on ventilator till oct 3rd she died

Consulted Dr. Surya Prakash for an urological issue. At the very first instance you can notice that is very polite and spends enough time to listen to the issue very patiently. He diagnosis thoroughly to understand the root cause of the issue. Explains the problem and the next course of action in a simple, non frightening manner(sometimes pictorial) and assures you about the treatment. ******* ** ******* **** ** ** ****** ******* *** ********** I would recommend him on any given day for anything related to Urology, Andrology related issues.

SITARAM GARU for the care he has taken and treated me in the serious condition I came to him, I have learned from my family about my condition on that time I came to you and how supportive, detailed, clear you have been in the tormenting time.

I can’t put my gratitude in word, but I will definitely would like to say, you will definitely be in our prayer from now onwards, I would also like to thank the staff who was with you, and took such virtuous care in that period of time and in the end I would like to say most of the Drs only see the patient as their customer and treatment as the job but sir you!! It's said "God can't be everywhere. So, he created a doctor! It's absolutely true in your case! Every word of yours simply breathes life into your patients who lose hopes on life. Your care with a tinch of warm affection revives the faded spirits of the morbid. It's my sincere assumption that you are a miracle and have a divine wand in your hands that does wonders. If you recall G. Janardhan Rao, my uncle, who was done hemicolectomy upon on 9th Dec.2020

and accomplished successfully you can say this is all true!
