Interraction with the Doctor was quit well and good, but the receiving at the Olive sarvodaya hospital reception and manager was awkward, without confirmation and explanation he had issued a value added beneficiary card and demanded to pay extra amount. There after he insisted us to pay amount and argued with us that he had explained everything in a professional way. patient had told clearly that I'm unaware of Hindi, requesting to wait for a while that my husband is on the way he will confirm and let you know, Olive hospital concern person asked for mode of payment and my wife sai online he immediately took the mobile and download the app and once I arrived he started arguing the same and when I raised and said, he barely aggred and removed the app and said pay what ever you want to pay and move. The reception laday when we asked which way to go to consult the doctor, she showed a different attitude that to speak with that person only. This is the way they behave and unnecessarily the Doctor has to incur this negative impact and get bad name and the patient will move to different hospital.
