My 11-month-old baby had a high fever, and we visited Shenoy Hospital. Dr. K. Ratnamala treated him with great care and patience.

What I appreciated most is that she doesn't prescribe antibiotics immediately, even with a 103°F fever. She starts with general medication first and monitors the condition.

She is polite, caring, and makes both the child and parents feel comfortable. Highly recommended.

I visited the doctor at her clinic second time. Made us wait for a long time and attended people known to her first. I asked the receptionist and no proper response received . She took long time to review reports of patients close to her. I went with mri report and within 2 mins she sent me . No patience to answer questions.. totally dissatisfied. Never went back to her .
