Visited Dr. Virinchi Sharma (Psychiatrist) For Anxiety Disorders Treatment
Happy with:Â Doctor friendlinessExplanation of the health issueTreatment satisfactionValue for money
Hello reader,Firstly I would say in a single word to "Go Ahead" if you are looking at reviews at Dr Virinchi Sharma.Lemme tell my story.I was having frequenct panic attacks due to anxiety issues. The Anxiety wasn't by anything specific in reason but I could sense I was anxious most times and things were wrong in my body,my head used to think of all negitive thoughts like "death" most of the times.i was very depressed, sad, not able feel free. there were several other symptoms too which you can google for Anxiety disorder and find.i dint knew it was "disorder" but I could sense the Anxiety within me.I visited Dr.Virinchi, as it was my first ever visit to any psychiatrist I dint knew how the treatment would be.but I had a big hope towards him.Dr virinchi is very friendly makes you feel comfortable first and there is a sense of calmness he leaves at the end of the session. First he explains whats going in you by knowing your symptoms,I believe in this "To solve any problem, first you have to understand the mechanism of how it works".I used to ask him many questions on how this happens why that happens,he never gave any sign of discomfort but explains properly with patience.I feel the major part of your treatment is there itself and isn't in medicines( though they work in big matter, they help to relive asap). He further helps us with certain meditation techniques which helps to delete the traces of toxic things in long run.Currently I had 2 sessions and at the end of first session I feel 80% recoved. If you are reading this whether to visit or not, dude just go ahead.i suggest you strongly â¤ď¸ have a happy health :)

I am a medico(MBBS). I mentioned it to clear air of stigma associated with mental health problems. So battling with mental health issues for more than 10 years since my childhood, having met many other psychiatrists/doctors. I was almost on the verge of losing all the hope in myself. Then I met Dr. VIRINCHI SHARMA Sir. It is a different experience all together. He is very welcoming, warm and assuring. your experience with him will be like, you and your problems matter. your problems will be well discussed and understood and taken care of. He is not your ordinary specialist but a professional who really cares, with whom you can stay in touch, communicate your problems and receive your answers to. He got immense patience and a whole lot empathetic. I know what it takes to meet a psychiatrist and how much we ponder over that thought. But with VIRINCHI SHARMA sir, you will only regret not meeting him. Time is too precious to suffer from those issues that can be treated. Just do not hesitate to make an appointment! Just cannot thank you enough sir. In the least I can say is that, you are rare and you are an inspiring professional. -Harsha vardhan

I have visited Ms. Nandi Rachel for OCD specifically related to my stress reading habit and the anxiety associated with it
(this article gives a better idea about my problem https://psychcentral.com/blog/ocd-reflections/2016/03/ocd-and-reading#2).
I have been suffering with this problem for a while now and haven't considered it a serious issue until it started effecting my career and work life badly almost to the verge of quitting. If you are some one facing similar issues i request you to please take help and start treatment ASAP before it takes over your life. Rachel was very helpful in making me understand the problem and driving me towards a working solution. That's the thing about a good therapist they don't solve your problems for you they just guide you so you don't become dependent on them for your life problems.
I have done 7 sessions with her and found her very helpful during this course. Its been around 7 years since i have been suffering with this problem so its gonna take a while to fix it but i am confident i will come out with flying colors on the other end. She instills confidence when ever i needed the most, especially during the tough times. She spends enough time with the patient to understand their problem.
I still remember my first visit to her where i was still hesitant about my condition and was thinking its all made up by me although i had good evidence to believe otherwise. I was late by 40 mins to the scheduled time due to my bike trouble and missed my appointment. I wasn't sure i would visit her again give my ambivalence about my problem and the stigma associated with mental health that i had to overcome. But thankfully she was kind enough to accommodate me in her busy schedule and give me a head start with the problem, I don't know how things could have turned out if not for that empathy that she had shown towards a new patient who in most cases is hesitant and should have to gather enough courage just to ask for help regarding their mental health issues. I am really thankful for that.

Dear Dr. Virinchi Sir,
I wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for everything youâve done to help my friend, who has been battling severe anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts, over the past two years. Your unwavering support and dedication have truly made all the difference in her journey toward recovery. When her struggles seemed insurmountable, you not only provided medical care but also offered a sense of hope and compassion that has been a guiding light for her.
Itâs clear that your expertise, patience, and kindness have created a safe space for her to heal and grow. The progress she has made, and the strength she has gained under your care, are a testament to your skill and commitment to your patients. Youâve been more than just a doctor to herâyouâve been a source of encouragement and understanding through some of her darkest days.
I canât thank you enough for your role in her recovery. Your work has touched not only her life but also the lives of those who care about her, and we are all so grateful for your ongoing support.
Additionally, Iâd like to thank you for the guidance and advice youâve offered to those Iâve referred to you for their own struggles. Each of them has conveyed their thanks for your thoughtful, careful consideration in addressing not only their illnesses but also the challenges faced by their families.
Iâm also glad to see your podcast and the awareness youâre raising in society to remove the stigma surrounding mental illness. Your efforts to help victims of mental health issues, and to address the underlying traumas many face, are invaluable. I hope that one day, every family can overcome this stigma, trust in doctors, and understand that everyone deserves to live a life free from judgment, with respect and dignity.
- I also want to share how much your treatment has positively impacted my brotherâs life. He is now living confidently and leading a life that, at one point, I never thought would be possible. Your care and expertise have made all the difference for him, and I will always owe you for that. Once again, thank you, Sir.
With heartfelt thanks,
Patientâs Friend
