Germanten Hospitals

In my impression Germanten hospital although new (unfinished in some areas) and purpose built,failed to deliver upto it's marketing hype. It is grossly mismanaged, chaotic and disorganized run by callous employees who lack basic professional courtesy. The appointment booking through practo after being confirmed was not honored, pre-poned by the hospital from 8:30 pm to 7:30 pm, when arrived at 7:30 was refused by the reception. After much ado, they caught up and registered, (cash only, no reciept). After ever changing wait times and conflicting information, 30 minutes later we were made to sit in one of the three OP consultation rooms, that are interconnected and through which their "Star" doctor jumps through. There were two separate patients sitting in one room at a time , the house keeping staff, the clerical staff, all constantly walking through, constantly peeking in. Dr. Khan was hurried and the prevalent chaos impeded from careful assessment of the patients medical history and was offered one of their Viscosupplementation packages even before diagnostic x-ray could be seen by Dr. Khan in another OP consultation room.Five minutes spent with the Dr. Khan was barely satisfactory. The whole experience is a huge deterrent, especially the aggressively blatant marketing paraphernalia of posters, newspaper clippings, awards, textbooks and German memorabilia. This did not inspire trust nor excude care but came across as a very transactional establishment that fails to live upto and deliver heath care.

We had visited the hospital and met the doctor for my wife for gynecological issues. ********* *** *** **** ** *** ******* she was very aggressive and not listening to patient. I am 40 percent satisfied with doctor. Medicine was prescribed by the doctor but my wife is not using it as currently we are consulting to some other doctor. ****** ******** *** *** **** *** she was not listening to patients properly. We were unable to communicate with the doctor what our problem was. There was no waiting time in the hospital. Hospitality was good.

I had been to hospital and it was for health issue. ********* *** ****** *** ***** X ray and scanning was done. I am not satisfied with consultation. There were commercial which I didn't like, they were money minded. I fell down and my hand got injured and twisted. They have plans to take money from everyone. I checked in practo and found it was a nearby hospital so I visited this hospital. There was no waiting time in the hospital. Billing time was not good. First impression was not good there. CT scan was taken and it was not proper. Pain killer was suggested as it can be given any doctor. Previously I went for daughter for dental too, that treatment was good. That hospital would be good for rich people.

My father had visited the hospital as he had stomach pain. ****** *** ***** he listened to the problem, happy with the doctor's explanation about health issues. I would like to recommend this doctor to others and his behavior was very good. The prescribed medicines were really helpful for my father.

I had a neglected case of frozen shoulders. I had lost all hopes because it was more than 2 years. At this juncture i met Prasad Sir. He started working on my shoulders. Very slowly i began to improve my condition. Whatever Prasad Sir promised me, he delivered. I was in a very bad state but with his hard work and application of his knowledge and experience he helped me to become much better. Today i am fine.

I had visited the hospital and consulted the doctor. I had shoulder pain. I would recommend the doctor to my family and friends. Medical tests were done and medicines were prescribed by the doctor. Waiting time was too high, it was more than 2 hours. I am satisfied with the doctor and the treatment.

I had visited the hospital and met the doctor. ****** *** ****. I had 2 health concern, but he neglected other issue and treated only 1 issue. I had back and shoulder pain. I am 70 percent happy with doctor.  I can surely recommend doctor to others.   Medicine was prescribed by the doctor. X ray was recommended but it was not done. I am recovering health wise. Doctor was friendly with me. Hospitality was good.

I have visited Dr Prasad for the physiotherapy of my ankle. He has treated me very carefully as I couldn't walk and just hopping because of the pain. I am very happy with the way he treated my leg. My ankle pain has gone in just 2 days after his treatment. He is very professional.

It was well objected.I had a surgery in my 2nd toe after surgery my toe was fused I am unable to bend my toe.but just in 4 sessions of physiotherapy I am able to bend my toe.I was so thankful to doctors who operated me for 4 sessions.I would recommend this!
