My mom was admitted at Continental hospital with COVID. Her saturation was at 60 and she needed to be placed on ventilator. We were in the US and with the dire situation of COVID in India- could not travel to India immediately. Dr. Pradeep was very accommodating with our requests. He used to do whatsapp calls every day providing us health status of my mom. He clearly explained the situation and was transparent with his treatment/ risks associated with the plan. Initially my mom was in Bipap and showed improvement but later deteriorated and needed ventilator. Dr handled the emergency situation with precision and ensured she was given the best care. When we travelled to India, I met him the first day. Dr explained all the reports and the trends in reports. While he was treating the lungs, my mom also had various infections that were presented which complicated the situation. He was proactive in his treatment approach by monitoring all the organs and providing the best treatment. I can assure you that if not for Dr Pradeep my mother would not have survived the 30 days in the hospital. Even during discharge she needed oxygen support at home and he intimated us of the requirements ahead of the time so that we had time to procure them as there was dire shortage of concentrators and oxygen cylinders in May 2021. I had other friends parents go through COVID treatment at other hospitals with other doctors with terrible experiences. We are blessed to have found Dr. Pradeep as my mom's pulmonologist. Even after discharge, Dr has helped us coordinate the appointments and has been treating my mom with utmost care and excellence. My mom has high respect for the doctor since he is patient with her and her questions. He answers every question without any irritation and helps her navigate the treatment seamlessly. He is very kind and I would highly recommend Dr Pradeep as a Pulmonologist. In fact, I told every single person I met since my mom contracted COVID about Dr Pradeep and recommended meeting him for treatment. Thank you doctor for saving my mom and providing continual guidance as she navigates post COVID issues.

Dr. Jyoti Kankanala, the doctor whom I admire the most, has brought special moments in our life by handling my pregnancy with her excellent expertise and experience. It was during our pregnancy period that we are searching for good gynaecologist and decided to shift to nearby hospital. We took an appointment with Dr. Jyoti with a little bit of doubt whether she agrees to take us in during the almost final stage of delivery. To our surprise she warmly welcomed us with a very simple and gentle smile and in no time she has understood our case and started preparing us. Dr. Jyoti is very dynamic and professionally excellent gynaecologist that I have ever met. I find short of words to describe the care and concern she rendered during my delivery that myself and my little prince could able to see the light of the day today. Her decision making ability coupled with her great expertise made life very ease even in ICU for 10 days. In addition, her personal touch with her compassionate heart will always make you feel that someone (Dr. Jyoti) is around us and we don’t need to worry even during odd of hours of the day. Even our family members are at ease and confident with her way of updates and treatment procedures she explains. Even her post-delivery consultations are filled with so much care and concern that I still cherish and brings nostalgia. Her entire team members are so trained and were very caring. Well, there is no end to write about her goodness. Personally, I thank Dr. Jyoti and her team for all the care that I had a very memorable lovely experience of motherhood.

I am writing this review to help others experiencing similar issues and convey gratitude to the Doctor and his team for saving lives. My wife aged 36 yrs experienced frequent headaches recently and

sometimes she was becoming blank minded for a moment and don't know what's happening inside her body for a minute. She gets sweat all

over the body for a moment and she was fine after that. This happens twice or thrice a day for some days and no symptoms at all for some days. We came to know very lately that these are seizures in Brain. We consulted the Doctor in USA and explained the symptoms. After listening to the symptoms US Doctor

said it was a panic attack due to the COVID situation as we are hearing lot of news about COVID in news as well as in social media.US Doctor

prescribed her anxiety disorder medicine for a month. Even after using that medicine we don't see a change in her health condition.

Once after undergoing MRI tests we came to know that my wife had a Ependymoma tumor in the right temporal lobe of the brain. We all were shocked to hear the news but we have to accept the truth. We acted fast and decided to go for the surgery immediately. Doctor Rajashekar Reddy garu explained very clearly on the surgery procedure and kind of equipment they use for the surgery and complications. He completed half of his treatment by bringing postiveness towards seeing the problem giving lot of boost to the patient. We were very confident after this visit. He has the best team for the surgery. His Personal Secretary Ravi took care of all insurance and admin related activities which I need not to worry about and thanks is not enough for his support. Mr. Basil and Dr.Ahmed took care of surgery related activities with a smile on their face all the time. She undergone surgery and it was so successful that my wife able to talk immediately after such a major surgery.
