Visited Dr. N. Sarada Vani (Gynecologist)
Happy with: Explanation of the health issue
I consulted Ankura hospital, Banjara hills for a tubectomy surgery. I was asked to get the surgical profile tests done. I got all the tests done (double the price ) at Ankura hospital only so that it would be easier to send the reports to doctor as they are all one team. In my reports, my Thyroid component Total T3 was abnormally high. I specifically asked the gynecologist whether we can go for surgery with high T3, for which she said yes. So the next day she had put me on complete liquid diet and that next day i was asked to get admitted by 7 am for surgery. My basic tests were done on the day of admission and they had given antibiotics and iv and prepared me for surgery. Then comes the anesthesiologist who doesn’t give a go ahead for surgery as my Total T3 was high. Then a team of doctors discussed and they wanted to do a free T3 test and fasting glucose test to check for any abnormalities. I was becoming restless by then as almost 7hrs have passed since I got admitted in hospital.********** *** ** *** ******* ********** **** *** ****** ** ******* *** ***** ***** ** *** *** *********** ** ***** ** ***** ** ***** *********** **** **** ** **** ** *** **** **** *** ** ****** ** ** ** **** ******* *** ********* ******* ** *** ****** ** ****** *** So they suggested to call off the surgery and asked me to get the thyroid test done again after 2 weeks and come back.I came back home feeling very exhausted and when opened my file to check the reports again I realized they have changed the previous thyroid report *** **** ************ ******** *** ***** ****** ** ** ****. * ******** ******* **** ** ******* **** **** ****. I went back to confront. The gynecologist became very defensive and said that she is not the right person to answer and asked us to consult the finance head of the hospital. We met him and told what had happened. He called the lab technician and admin and started scolding them. The mistake in the report was a software error it seems which was coming in all the reports. I don’t understand if they knew something like that already existed, why didn’t they correct it? It’s a maternity and children hospital. Just imagine if kids are being treated based on their reports what would happen? ******* ** ******************* didn’t mention the doctors names here because I believe the gynecologist is a good doctor and helping many women conceive and give birth. I also went to her after reading her reviews and recommendation from a family friend. Nevertheless, *** ******** * ********* ***** **** ** **** *** ********** ** *** ********* *** *** **** **** ***** ** *** *** ******* *** ***** *** ***** ** ** ** ******* ****** *** ******** *** *** ********* ***** ** *** **** ** ***** ** **** ********* ****** *** ******** After about 3 hrs of arguments, management had returned the expenses incurred for the lab tests. Please cross check every detail before you get any treatment done at this hospital and never get any tests done there. This is my painful ordeal.

Bump to baby story- I still can’t believe that I went to consult Dr.Sindhuri for a regular checkup through google and then decided that she will be the gynaecologist I will consult forever. She is such a star at her job. I have never seen such a dedicated doctor in my entire life. I gave birth to a beautiful baby boy vaginally with Dr Sindhuri’s help and tireless effort. I have a very small tolerance level to pain so I knew it would be hard for me to go through normal delivery and yet due to her confidence in herself and her patient I was able to deliver normally. She made my entire journey of pregnancy so smooth. I struggled mentally and physically throughout my pregnancy but thankfully she made it a lot more easier. She made the whole delivery process a lot easier for me. She’s so friendly and welcoming that now everyone in my family knows her. She’s always available to talk via WhatsApp or calls. I called her at 4:30 am during my delivery and she immediately responded. I could go on and on about how amazing she is as a person and as a doctor. I’m so glad I found her via google.
- she is very responsive
- Always available for the patients
- Is best at what she does
- Has great advice for everything
- Has an extremely positive attitude.
- Does everything with the sweetest smile.
Also, the team at Ankura is fabulous. All the duty doctors, nurses, the staff. They helped me give birth to my baby boy very smoothly and gave me a beautiful experience that I will always remember. All thanks to Dr. Sindhuri and her team.

I was referred to Dr. Sindhuri by Dr. Geetha Jayanthi who had been my primary doctor for consultations.
We had to rush to hospital due to emergency as my water broke before the term and Dr. Sindhuri went through my history and advised me to go for LSCS as I was having other secondary conditions during pregnancy. I had only prepared my mind for normal delivery but upon hearing the news I was bit hesitant to go for LSCS. Dr. Sindhuri listened to me and understood my point of view and explained the details why it was advised to go for LSCS. Her way of interaction with the patients is noteworthy and you will not feel like you are talking with any stranger. I am a nurse and knew the risks and complications associated with surgeries. Dr. Sindhuri assured me and made me comfortable that she and her team will take very good care of me. Even though it was the first time for us to consult with Dr. Sindhuri, I felt as comfortable as consultations with my primary doctor. Considering the expertise, timely advice given by her and keeping in view the effects on baby, we finally decided to go with LSCS. Even though it was late night she and her team performed emergency LSCS and handed us a healthy live baby post necessary checkups. Post-op delivery she visited me everyday till discharge even during the festival day which shows her commitment to wellbeing of her patients. I will definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to have consultations during and after their pregnancies. Wish Dr. Sindhuri all the best in her future and continue the same commitment towards her patients.

I am really thankful that I had my pregnancy journey concluded with a happy outcome due to Sindoori mam and to her reassuring nature that everything will be okay. I have had my fair concerns during the whole pregnancy due to Dopplers fluctuations and I was really anxious but kudos to mam she gave me confidence and made sure that I am not being worried or tensed during the whole time. I have visited mam during the 29th week of my pregnancy, my only regret was that I should have visited her from the beginning itself to have my health concerns addressed appropriately to avoid the complications I faced. Mam was really helpful and was accessible through texts or calls in case of any emergency . I am extremely happy and once again would like to thank for everything to Sindoori mam that even during the times I was worried she made sure that I remain calm me down and all my vitals are under control and by god’s grace and Mam’s efforts even the baby is healthy and doing good. She is equally proactive in her responses and in touch even after my delivery. I am also happy with the services provided by Ankura hospital and would suggest any of my acquaintances to prefer Ankura hospital over any other hospital. The hospital maintained its cleanliness and hygiene environment which helped me to feel better ease and cope up quickly. The services were timely and of perfect quality. So anyone having any doubts about Ankura hospital or their services don’t worry just trust them and get yourself appointment with Ankura hospital and Sindoori mam, they are highly recommended.
