On 10th November 2019 6:00AM my father K Lakshmi Reddy (aged 62) suffered BRAIN STROKE, due to this he was unable to move his left leg & left hand, we traveled 150KM and admitted him in Sai Krishna Neuro Hospital, Kachiguda, Hyderabad.

BEFORE SURGERY, Doctor said to me..."Condition is critical, but we have done number of surgeries. Nothing to worry." only these words he said to me and not mentioned patient post-surgery condition.

AFTER SURGERY, Doctor said to me..."By GOD GRACE we saved your father life, his condition is good."

5 DAYS BEFORE THE DISCHARGE, Doctor said to me..."Asked me to discharge my father, there is no further treatment required."

20 DAYS AFTER THE DISCHARGE, Doctor said to me..."Only GOD knows, how much efforts we(doctors) put to save your father life? Take him to the Apollo / any other big hospital for further long treatment." (When i informed the patient condition. That time my father is not sleeping properly, lost control on brain, and shouting continuously.)

68 days after WE LOST MY FATHER, these 68 days he was on bed only, there was no movement to his left leg & hand. Lost control on brain.

Finally i would like to say to the doctor, "MR. JAYPAL REDDY, NEXT TIME WHEN YOU TAKING PATIENT TO THE OPERATION THEATER... SIT WITH PATIENT RELATIVES AND EXPLAIN THE PATIENT PRESENT CONDITION & WHAT WILL HAPPENS TO THE PATIENT? AFTER THE SURGERY.

PLEASE DO NOT HIDE ANYTHING, EXPLAIN EVERYTHING CLEARLY."

NOTE TO THE PATIENTS: While discharging please go through the billing completely, because they mention some not used utilities & served bill amount. So better to check the every served and used utilities things regularly in the case-sheet.

Consulted for throat infection/pain which was recurring from almost 1.5 months. Post sharing the reports and the explaining the health issue repeatedly to make the doc understand the issue properly, it just did not help. It was diagnosed as Laryngopharyngeal reflux, however I tried to make it clear that I do not have any acidity issues. I feel his words partially cure you, but jokes aside he’s a very experienced doctor and understands your problem easily and doesn’t compromise on treatment he’s strict on treatment follow up. He gives medications that have much patient acceptance and great potential for particular disease. Also prescribes new drugs **** ******* ****** ********* ********* I definitely recommend Dr. jaypal reddy **** *** ** *** **** *********** ** **********

My personal thanks Jaipal reddy sir, as my father was suffering with blood clot in brain. He has given **** treatment and my father is fine now. Always our granny's says that doctors are gods, Really Jaipal reddy sir is God. We really appreciate his personal intrest on every patient and politeness, respect etc.
