Pre-Pregnancy/ Pregnancy Check-Ups and Consultations:

Dr. Keertana Reddy was right from the beginning helpful during pre-pregnancy consultations. She was through about our concerns and explained everything in detail. She did not prescribe too much of medications both before and during pregnancy. As it neared the final month of pregnancy, certain complications were observed for which detailed explanation was given by Dr. Reddy.

Labor and Delivery:

On April 18, 2024, our baby girl was born. She had complications of respiratory distress, but Dr. T. Shashidhar and the NICU staff acted and cared for her very swiftly and made sure she got the best possible care. Dr. Shashidhar's availability and periodic updates offered reassurance during tense times.

Labour pains, delivery admissions and post-delivery Care:

I would like to thank the support staff of Green Med Hospital, especially Shri Imran, who was available always to help us. Also, the entire staff from on call DMO, nurses and other supporting staff because of whom the entire journey went smoothly. They treated my wife and baby like family. The rooms were always clean, and the hygiene was maintained regularly.

Prenatal Yoga:

Special thanks to Dr. Asha, who conducted weekly prenatal yoga classes. It was immensely helpful to my wife benefitted to manage her pregnancy well.

Overall Experience:

Do visit Green Med Hospital for pregnancy and pediatric care. Finally, a big thanks to Dr. Keertana Reddy and Dr. T Shashidhar for giving us our bundle of joy. The arrival of our daughter has made the world feel smaller. Thank you.

I first met her on 27th March for an opinion on egg freezing. She asked me to get a few tests done, including AMH, which cost me around ₹4,000. I completed all the tests and have been trying for the last two days to get an appointment, but the hospital kept saying there were no slots available.

I clearly told them this was time-sensitive as I was about to get my periods and needed a follow-up before that, but there was no support. So I went to the hospital directly.

They made me wait for 1.5 hours ******* ******* ** ******** ***** ********** ******** Only after making me wait that long, they then told me that I have to pay another consultation fee. ******** ***** ******* **** *** ****** **** ** ****** * **** ** **** ******* ** ********* *** ************ * ********** **** *** **** **** * *** ****** *** ***** ********* ******* **** **** **** ***** * ****** **** ** ************ * ***** *** ** **** This was never informed earlier. If they had told me this at the beginning, I would have left immediately instead of wasting my time.

At one point, I decided to leave and asked for my file, assuming I would just take the loss and go. Only then did they say they would speak to the doctor. After another 15 minutes, they came back and returned my previous consultation fee instead of actually seeing me or reviewing my reports.

So in the end:

• My ₹4,000 worth of test results were not even looked at

• I wasted two full days trying to get an appointment

• I was made to wait for 1.5 hours and then asked to pay again

Anyone considering consulting here, especially for something as important as pregnancy, should be very careful.

We have consulted Dr keertana Reddy mam before my pregnancy and for full complete pregnancy term

She not only helped in getting pregnant and performed my delivery in a very professional manner.
