Visited Dr. R. Santosh (General Physician)
Firstly, the doctor needs to understand that the patient comes for his consult. However, a team of assistants deal with the patient while the doctor spends a quick 2 minutes towards the end.
They need to deal with a positive approach especially when the patient is a child. You cannot afford to demotivated and be insensitive towards a child's medical condition.
Overall a very disappointing experience as a parent and I would warn others who seek help for children.

Had a good experience with Dr. Santosh. I like doctors who are articulate and can explain the condition to the patient. (Most often knowing what I am suffering from makes me feel a lot better). He was pretty good in that sense. Also, he was open to provide lab test interpretation (and follow up questions) on email, which was a big convenience.

He was pleasant to talk to and was very patient at understanding the queries we had. I liked the way he used humour to put the visitor at ease while explaining to them. The best part was the ability to email him after a visit with the results and get a response (I actually got a response past 10 in the evening for an email I sent him).

My wife thyroid is totally understand control from day 1 and her mom's diabetes as well after she started consultation with him. His approach is amazing and simple enough for a layman to understand. Now my father in law has started consultation with him for diabetes
