I had a very nice experience with Dr. Sandhya Alapati. She gave good guidance and understood my situation well, going beyond my expectations. Even though she was unwell, she came to the hospital to attend to her patients, which showed ***** ethics and empathy. She explained my condition and treatment very clearly.

The doctor was frequently late and often unavailable at the scheduled times. He asked for reports on WhatsApp but did not respond. Overall, I found the doctor and hospital to be unreliable.

I visited in an emergency when Dr. Paul Naveen M wasn’t available, but the on-duty doctor kindly came to check on me and helped me through the situation. I highly recommend their care.

Dr. Trilok Vilasagarapu has a good approach and doesn’t prescribe too many tests. He prescribed only the medicines I actually needed and was friendly during the consultation.

He often cancels appointments and has been irregular, which caused delays and inconvenience.
