Suggest me how to loose weight by staying healthy As am trying with different diet plans and work out but no result and am feeling giddy with exercise please help

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

You hv to b regular  with exercise  n diet both together. Start a diet plan it will help you to reduce  upto 5 kg a month without  any weakness. Also go for full body checkup

Hi ... Its a really good step you have taken to approach a dietician for the suggestion. U dont need to follow different diets. A normal healthy diet with adequate amount of nutrients will help u in loosing your weight and u will stay active throughout the day without any giddiness. Following crash diets or very low calorie vl give u results instantly but it will bounce back and u will not be able to concentrate on your works and u will feel low by half day.

1. Drink water 16 glasses daily 2. Take high fibre diet and low fat and carbohydrates diet plan and do exercise. 3. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods , junk foods etc fatty  . 4. Make a healthy routine .70% diet & 30% exercise helps in the weight loss. Do’s- use skimmed or single tonned milk (300) ml daily Curd and paneer are made up from the tonned milk Use olive oil , sunflower oil, saffola, rice bran oil, mustard oil Can take artificial sweeteners ( maximum 4 tablets a day) Don’t- avoid sugar completely and it’s products Avoid roots vegetables Avoid tinned canned, preserved food and processed food
