Hi,
My height is 5'2 only and according to that my weight is not good I want to reduce some weight around 7-8 kg as I have some family function.
Can you please suggest some good diet for me.

For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way :
1. Maintain meal gaps: maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hours is very important. It boosts up the metabolism and helps in weight loss.
2. Include dandelion tea in your diet, consume it 2-3 times. You can buy it online easily.
3. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet in the form of smoothies and soups.
4. Walk atleast 10k steps a day.

Include high fiber foods like vegetables, whole grains, brown rice, millets, oats in your diet. Avoid junk foods, juices, oily foods etc. Include good amount of protein foods like egg whites, legumes. Cut down on simple sugars and processed foods. Good sleep and at least 1 hour cardio exercise everyday is beneficial.
