Is there a fever present? If not, Is there any history of trauma? If yes, use a cervical collar and muscle relaxants (Tab Cipzox BD) for 3 days.

According to you age young , are you bike rider now , did you driver bike now , if so how long did you drive time duration. Generally younger people wil ride fast . If this is the cause consult one orthopedist for further management .
