Yes you can eat.... avoid high fat food and concentrate more on physical exercise which will reduce your weight and help you

For pcod treatment main target should be weight loss.pcos can not be cured it can be prevented by diet so follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Yes, u can take soya barii & milk products as skimmed form. Many foods u hv to avoid due to pcod.
