Hi I have pcos, I was 81 kilos and started a calorie deficit diet by consulting a nutritionist. In two months I have become 76. There's not much weight difference and I'm slightly demotivated. What am I doing wrong? I got a blood test done and all my hormone levels are normal.

Low calorie diet usually target muscle loss which is not good in terms of disease correction. You can observe a very good weight loss initially but at the cost of muscle loss.
