Overweight
My weight is 71 kgs and my height is 5 feet 5 inches. I am taking medicines of depression. I want to loose 20 kgs in minimum time. Please suggest diet plan and exercise plan.

Your ideal weight should be in between 60-65kgs. Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises. Avoid outside foods and packets foods junkfoods etc fatty food's processed foods. Contact me through practo direct consultation

As weight loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Hi Avoid eating outside food including junk, processed oily food as well as sugar. Drink plenty of water. Have a protein rich breakfast every morning. Have your dinner early and keep it light. You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi, Can i know what r the medications u r taking for depression? Do u face any binge eating problems?u r 7to 8 kgs more and right time and age to realise and loose weight. So please as thumb rule stop all junk snacks, eat loads of seasonal fruits and vegetables and nack on sprouts nuts coconutwater sugarcane juice and butter milk for weight loss. Breath well meaning lots of pranayam and yoga for 30 min a day with a guided learning with teacher. Hope this help
