Crying in general is triggered by our emotions. However, if you feel that you are crying excessively and sometimes without an apparent reason, then it is better to consult a mental health professional to find out the possible cause and how to deal with that.
Hi,
Sometimes this happens coz of our past experiences, emotional suppression, how you interpret things in your mind. If its automatically happening. then its deep rooted in your subconscious mind ( Our automatic instinctive behavior comes from here). Through hypnotherapy this can be resolved by healing & brain programming. it is safe drugless therapy.
