I am not able to sleep in the night even if I feel sleepy. When I try to asleep, I get thoughts in my mind about my failure, mistakes and current problems. I cry alot and can't stop crying.
People around me say that I always cry and always take tension. I get irritated when people say this but I'm not able to get out of this.

It will help if you talk about what is bothering you. It will also help you if you get it out of your chest. Whatever issues that you are going through it can be rectified. Hi,
Contact a Psychologist / cognitive behaviour therapist to assess the underlying causes.
Therapy and counselling will help you manage stress by identifying the triggers , by working with you to manage good sleep habits / sleep hygiene and other lifestyle changes required to cope with stress.
Cognitive behavioral therapy , the relaxation techniques will definitely reduce the causes. With therapy you will be well equipped to cope and improve your sleep by changing the ways of thinking that keep you from falling asleep.
