Hi Guilt is basically perception about our act in the past and present and intensity of feeling vary from person to person and the act you have done in the past. It seems you are unable to process and accept whatever you done and blaming yourself continuously.

Hi, first you have to know in guilt we depreciate ourself for our wrong doing or not doing something right or hurt some feelings. Second You have to find about are you feeling guilty . Third you have to accept your self unconditionally for your bad acts, even for very bad acts  that you are not your acts ( whether wrong or right act or hurt other feelings) but human who can do very very very bad things but not a bad person. Bad acts are part of you but not whole you . Difference between guilt and depression is that in depression we find out ourself helpless and future hopeless .
