Go to a clinical psychologist to get a psychiatric evaluation done. She may even give u an inventory to see how severe your symptoms r. If they’re severe she ll recommend u take medicines along with therapy. With Contd therapy and meds u will feel better.

If you feel lonely even though you have people around, then deepen your connection with them. You can connect with your friends or family members too.
