Check manually. You are young but the bp values are high. So recheck. No worries. Be stress free. If you have symptoms do connect.

U have to get a 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring... For u age the bp is high and may need further checkup... Also sometimes the digital BP apparatus might give false readings, it's better to check manually

Hi, Hope you are doing well. As per the readings you have mentioned your blood pressure is on the higher side. However there are few aspects we need to consider 1. The reason you checked your blood pressure - did you have any discomfort or was it routine 2. Did you check it at home, office or at a clinic while visiting with someone else 3.Manual vs automatic measurements can have differences I would suggest you consult a physician directly. You can always connect if you have queries Thank you

As per your age its not normal, but as i can see ur BP is raised, so there can be many reasons, it can stress(mental and physical). So first u need to measure ur BP after 10 minutes of sitting or calmness, if u suddenly check ur bp just after walking or doing any work it may raise. So first properly check ur bp, and record it for three days morning and evening. Then watch for other symptoms ( headache, giddiness, black out). If its still raised go for consultation Till then have regular food, healthy diet, proper sleep
