Headache evening
Hi, For past 1 months i have headache especially in the evening time. And in evening time when im using mobile am feeling like head is full and feeln like bursting. Even I consulted neurologist and took profaze, valtor, nasograin tablets. But still its not going, any reasons for this, also sometimes i feel my ear is also paining little.

Sounds like a tension headache / also check for hypertension. Please monitor your blood pressure levels for a couple of days, different times of the day. Also try to reduce screen time in the evening , relaxation and meditation. Get a physical consultation  to rule out any other pathology. Take care.

It could  be due to dry eye.you may use refresh tear drops 3-4 times daily for a few days.reduce screen time use 20-20 -20  principle for screen use.
