"It seems that you’re experiencing persistent dizziness and vertigo without other symptoms, which can be concerning, especially as it affects your daily activities. Dizziness lasting for this duration could be due to various causes, including inner ear issues (like vestibular dysfunction), cervical spine problems, or even neurological conditions. Given the pain in your upper back, cervical vertigo could also be a possibility. I would suggest an evaluation that includes a detailed history, physical examination, and possibly an audiometric test or MRI if needed. For a more precise diagnosis and tailored treatment, you can connect with me for further evaluation and guidance. Feel free to reach out on WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one double three two."
