The patient was disappointed that they did not get to consult the doctor they originally booked and gave a low rating of one out of five. They clearly expressed that it’s important for the specific doctor to attend the appointment. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory.

Doctor was friendly, explained everything in detail and was patient with me during my eye exam. The staff were also very helpful.

The treatment from Dr. K Indira was good and satisfying.

I was able to attend the consultation and the doctor explained everything clearly. Overall, it was a good experience.
