I was admitted under the care of Dr. Swaroop Chandra Sudanagunta with complications of atrophic non-union of the right humerus and post-traumatic stiffness of the right little finger. Around 10 months ago, I had undergone ORIF surgery in Vijayawada, but unfortunately, it was unsuccessful and I did not receive proper care at that time. Since then, I continued to suffer from pain, deformity, and finger stiffness, which affected my daily life. Dr. Swaroop carefully reviewed my history, evaluated my condition thoroughly, and explained the treatment plan clearly, which gave me the confidence to proceed.

On 12/08/2025, I underwent bone grafting (iliac crest), implant removal, redo ORIF of the humerus shaft, and radial nerve decompression. The very next day, on 13/08/2025, I had a PIP joint adhesiolysis, contracture release, and capsular repair of the right little finger. Both surgeries were successfully performed by Dr. Swaroop, and thankfully my recovery in the hospital was smooth and uneventful.

During my stay, Dr. Swaroop and his team monitored me closely, ensured proper pain management, and provided comprehensive post-operative care including antibiotics, analgesics, fluids, and other supportive treatment. I experienced a noticeable reduction in pain and improvement in arm and finger mobility after the surgeries.

Dr Prasad Neelam is a brilliant laparoscopic surgeon as well as a very good human being. He is very much well behaved and patiently handles all the queries. My 11 year old daughter had undergone laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgery on 12.01.24 at Sravani Superspecialty Hospital under supervision of Dr Prasad Neelam.Initially we were a bit worried due to the age of our daughter but Dr Prasad gave us confidence and told not to worry. The operation was smooth enough and also the anesthesia part was perfect. After the operation he talked with us and told about the state of the patient. My daughter was able to walk within 4 to 5 hours of OT with minimum discomfort. Next day my daughter was discharged and Dr Prasad visited twice in between to review her health condition. Woke up one morning with an infected cyst on my back, made a call to the clinic at 10am and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Prasad at noon, who had it removed by the evening. All this was done despite it being the eve of a public holiday! The staff are super friendly, highly efficient, and very organised. Special thanks to Dr. Prasad garu for seeing my at such short notice, and his team for settling my insurance so I didn’t have to pay anything post-hospitalisation, and for delivering the meds to me in the evening before my operation, and also answering the questions I had over the phone despite it being a public holiday.10/10! Dr Prasad Neelam treated me for a perianal abscess earlier this month. I had noticed the abscess about 3 months ago and had been prescribed a few rounds of antibiotics but the condition did not improve at other hospital. I finally made an appointment with him through referral where he quickly diagnosed and clearly explained what I was suffering from, and the best course of treatment. My grandmother underwent a serious Radical Antegrade Modular Pancreatosplenectomy surgery, brilliantly and successfully done by Dr. Prasad Neelam garu back in March, 2023. Nearly a year later new and unwanted complications grew up due to some internal bleeding and abscess problems .
