Gleneagles Aware Hospital, LB Nagar

As per previous reviews, we decided to visit Dr Rajiv Garg at Aware Gleneagles LB Nagar. Unfortunately we had worse experience ever. We submitted our file at 11:30am and we're asked to wait for an hour or so as there were 7 patients lined up before us..that's absolutely fine. But while waiting outside his room (quite surprisingly he keeps the door open to all keeping no privacy to a patient's diagnosis), we could see from outside that keeping the patient waiting even in front of him he was busy with multiple calls n WhatsApp chats and not to forget catering to MRs and clicking pictures with them. **** *** ***** ******* *** **** **** ** ****** * **** * ****** ***** *** ***** **************! After such a long wait, (and yes while we kept on waiting for the Dr to start talking to us, ** *** ***** **** **** *** ******** ********** ****** ** ******** we were ****** referred to the dietician sitting next room ******* ****** ****** ********* ** **** ******* ****** ******** ** ******* ****** *** ***** ***** **** *** ******** **** **** ****** *** ************** ********* Will definitely neither suggest anyone to visit this doctor nor will we ever visit him again *** ******** *** *********

Expereinced doctor with empathy for his patients-I Consulted the doctor for back pain and then subsequently for my father's fracture. Each time the experience was beyond expectation. No unnecessary investigations or procedure. Investigations are only what is required, diagnosis and treatment is to the point!

For me he insisted on getting an MRI scan done for my spine and prescribed exercises and pain relieving medicines. I was fit within a week and have never had the pain again.

For my 82 year father again one x ray, one physical consultation and bed rest as advised did the trick. No unnecesary procedures. He was available for follow up consultations over phone and responded to all our queries on whatsapp. So we always felt under his active care.

I visited for my father, *** ******** ********** *** **** *** *** ******** *********. The doctor was very good and cooperative and the patient was a chain smoker. I would like to recommend this doctor to others and I would like to give a rating of 10/10 and there was not much waiting time for the doctor.

We met the doctor and it was for my father. He had an asthma issue. Everything was good. Medicines were prescribed. Tests were done for breathing related. ****** *** ****. The waiting time was nearly one hour. We were able to see improvement after treatment. We need to visit again. I am satisfied with the treatment given. I can recommend the doctor to my family or friends. I can rate the doctor 5/5.

We visited aware global hospital lb nagar. The dr appointment time is nearly one hr. Dr is good n friendly. But the staff n lab incharge are very anxious n rude behaviour. They make us to wait for 3-4 hrs for only one Treadmill test which takes 10 mins time. They neither refunded my amount nor make the test.We suffered a lot with small kid of 3 years. Better to avoid diagnostic tests in aware global hospital.

I had been to the hospital and it was for my mother, she had a severe headache. ** ****** **** ********* ***** *** ********** The consultation was only for 5 minutes. I am 50 percent satisfied with treatment. Headache tablets and sleeping tablets was prescribed by the doctor. My mother is having headache once in a while. Waiting time was for 15 minutes in the hospital. The hospital was looking little old.

I am good now and I was able to recover after treatment. He told to continue Physiotherapy, he told to avoid bending or lifting weight. He told to continue for 2 months. Visited for kidney stone related problem of my father. Explained clearly of the current situation and future course of action. Very knowledgable and worthy doctor for kidney and urological issues. I strongly recommend him.
