I highly recommend Supraja Hospital and Tejaswi Mam for their excellent patient care and treatment. My mother-in-law underwent kidney stone removal treatment, and we had a very good experience. During the consultation, I faced the following issues:

1. The explanation provided about the health condition was not clear and easy to understand.*** * ***** ****** ******* *** ********* ** * ****** **** ****** *********** ******* *** ****** ** ** *** ** ******. We were unable to understand the actual severity of the issue.

3. I felt I did not get sufficient time to ask questions and get a calm, step-by-step explanation of the next steps.

My experience with Dr. Sivananda Reddy was very good. He explained everything clearly and I felt satisfied with the consultation. The clinic staff and wait time were generally good, though I think some improvements could be made. I would recommend the doctor to others.

My experience with Dr. Alekhya was not very satisfactory. She only gave me medication and did not explain anything about my condition. Also, the appointment was delayed by about fifteen to thirty minutes. I rated my overall experience as two out of five and I am unsure about recommending her to others.

The doctor clearly explained everything to me and I had a nice experience during the consultation. Although the nurse and staff availability was less on the day of my visit, overall I would rate my experience 4.8 out of 5 and I would recommend Dr. Srinivas Chitipaka to others.
