In my impression Germanten hospital although new (unfinished in some areas) and purpose built,failed to deliver upto it's marketing hype. It is grossly mismanaged, chaotic and disorganized run by callous employees who lack basic professional courtesy. The appointment booking through practo after being confirmed was not honored, pre-poned by the hospital from 8:30 pm to 7:30 pm, when arrived at 7:30 was refused by the reception. After much ado, they caught up and registered, (cash only, no reciept). After ever changing wait times and conflicting information, 30 minutes later we were made to sit in one of the three OP consultation rooms, that are interconnected and through which their "Star" doctor jumps through. There were two separate patients sitting in one room at a time , the house keeping staff, the clerical staff, all constantly walking through, constantly peeking in. Dr. Khan was hurried and the prevalent chaos impeded from careful assessment of the patients medical history and was offered one of their Viscosupplementation packages even before diagnostic x-ray could be seen by Dr. Khan in another OP consultation room.Five minutes spent with the Dr. Khan was barely satisfactory. The whole experience is a huge deterrent, especially the aggressively blatant marketing paraphernalia of posters, newspaper clippings, awards, textbooks and German memorabilia. This did not inspire trust nor excude care but came across as a very transactional establishment that fails to live upto and deliver heath care.

We met Dr Shyam when my Mother had a severe back pain due to fracture in spine. Doctor treated her well with proper medicines .Pain got subsided within a week. We also had treatment for my husband who had Spine issues .He has great patience in answering all the questions and explains the problems . He is one of the doctor who adheres to ethical standards in practice. Very thankful to Dr Shyam for his friendly approach towards patients.

This is Gurvendra Singh... I was suffering from tail bone pain which called as coccydenia. I just searched for the near by hospital near me and came to know about germanten hospital. They recommended me to undergo physiotherapy sessions. Dr.prasad is the head and has treated me with the condition. I was suffering from a week with the pain...within two sessions my pain has gone down. Now i am able to sit on the chair easily and do my other daily activities. I really thank him and his team for there efforts and motivation.

Waited for 45 minutes for the appointment. He made us wait additional 20 minutes inside the cabin . Least interested in the Consultation. Didn’t explain anything regarding the treatment. So many people inside the cabin . No privacy at all . 750 rupees only for waiting . Didn’t even look at the xray . He wasn’t interested at all

I'm PLN Murthy.I have undergone shoulder arthroscopy in December month of 2021.After 2months of surgery doctor suggested physiotherapy then I came to Dr.Prasad Rao for physio Im undergoing Physiotherapy almost 90% I have recovered.hopefully other 10% will also be cured in due time.Im very much Satisfied with the treatment and I suggest this doctor.

Dr Prasad has explained the issue in a easy way and was able to resolve the back pain in 3 sessions of physiotherapy along with the related exercises and posture correction suggestions for sleep and work related activities. He did MRI for me and diagnosed as TB SPINE with sever nerve compression. And advised for surgery immediately and done surgery. It's 6 weeks after surgery now am 90 percent better , walking well with out support. Am very happy.
