Visited Dr. Fahad M. Shaikh (Joint Replacement Surgeon) For Knee Pain Treatment

I do not recommend the doctor

I recently had a highly unpleasant encounter with Dr. Fahad Shaikh during a consultation at Fauziya Hospital in Kurla on January 23, 2024. My mother and I, as walk-in patients, were the last to be accommodated due to Dr. Shaikh's extensive wait times.

From the onset, Dr. Shaikh exhibited * ******* ********* expressing frustration about being behind schedule. He insisted on receiving only 'yes' or 'no' responses to his questions, dismissing my attempts to explain my knee pain, ******* ** *** ********** *** **** *** ** *** *************** ******** ******** ****** ************ ************** **** ** ******* ** ** ********** ** * ****** **************** *** ******* *** *** ********* ** ** ****** *** ***** *** ******* ** *** *** ********** ** *** ********** ********* **** * ****** ** * ****** ******** ** ***.

It is disconcerting that Dr. Shaikh displayed a clear aversion to dealing with educated individuals, particularly healthcare professionals. His refusal to acknowledge my perspective *** ********** ** ******** ****** ** ***** *** *** ******* ** *** **** ********** ** * ******* ************ *** **** ****** ******** ***** *** ******* ** **** ******** ** ******* **********

Furthermore, Dr. Shaikh's unwillingness to entertain questions and engage with patients who may possess a certain level of knowledge demonstrates a lack of respect for patients' rights to understand their own health conditions and make informed decisions about their treatment.

In my opinion, such behavior reflects poorly on the hospital's commitment to patient-centered care and the professionalism of its medical staff. I hope this review prompts a thorough examination of Dr. Fahad Shaikh's conduct and the hospital's protocols to prevent similar incidents in the future.

Prospective patients should be aware of the potential for disrespectful treatment from Dr. Fahad Shaikh, ************ ** **** *** ******* **** ** ******** ************ I recommend exercising caution and exploring alternative healthcare options.
