I do not recommend the doctor

Hoped for better: Value for money

Took 1000 just to explain the packages for 3 months.. Was expecting proper counselling.. Some advice regarding diet..

Dr. Ritu Jain replied

I had already explained you properly so many things regarding diet, supplements and herbs also. And you were supposed to visit me the next day along with your husband but neither did you turn up nor you had called then how can I proceed? I am very fair with all of my patients and all I want is to treat everyone completely from the root cause. Money doesn’t matter for me. I had also told you that I don’t even charge for baby girl till she is of 12 years of age. If you have any query you are free to call me or visit my clinic.

I do not recommend the doctor

I am not sure whose should be responsible for the 1 hour that I wasted waiting (Practo or the Doctor).

I was at the mentioned hospital at 12.20 pm for my appointment at 12.30 pm on March 7th 2021. I was told by the nurse (that worked there) the doctor wasn't coming to the hospital since 1 year due to covid. I immediately got in touch with the practo customer service. They asked me time to check on the issue and after some time of back and forth they told me the doctor is available at the clinic and would be leaving for rounds. I was at the clinic the nurse again told me the same thing the doctor doesn't come here. I have sent a photo of the hospital and asked the customer support to give me the doctors number or the person from where they got the information that the doctor was at the hospital. * *** ***** ************* *** it was the same hospital I was standing outside and I again asked the person who picked the call is Dr. Ritu Jain there first she said who and then she said no. Horrible experience.
