S.R Mehta Hospital, Sion East

Waited from 10:45 am until 2:45 pm. The doctor taking history yelled at me and spoke very rudely. No proper queuing system. These are all cardiac patients and there is no place to sit for anyone. They issue tokens but many people met the assistant doctor ahead of me, although it was my turn. When we raised the issue, the doctor raised her voice and shouted at me. No waiting room space to sit. Staff nurses talk very badly and rudely to everyone. I took my ECG and walked away to consult with some other cardiologist after waiting for 4 hours without food or water or getting my turn. Horrific way to treat cardiac patients.

Hospital are good friendly staff and dr daruvala he is gentalman parsnalty frendly nature he consult properly all abaut good experience

It was great experience meeting Mr darulwalla. I never came across such a humble person and more importantly great human being . All are worries were solved with no time and perfect guidance. He is doing great job and we are thankful to him for giving us time and that too with no waiting tike. Highly recommended 😊

He is one of the best intervention cardiologist. He handles patient in best way.He is clear with the diagnosis and never hides anything with the relatives and is very friendly.The best part about him is that he never gets angry or frustrated on anyone.

i am impressed, very good, friendly & experienced Doc. The way his talking with patient is wonderful. Before r meeting with Doc.my mom was disturbed but after the consultation with Doc. she happy, 50% patient recover through his word. May Jehovah bless u Doctor Daruwala.

Excellent explaination. At the age if 82 plus my fathers , i would like evreyone to vist Dr Daruwala.

Very busy doctor.

Despite of the appointment we had to wait for 1.5hrs.

So the system of taking an appointment is redundant.

Seems like a fair *** ************* ****
