First the Doctor was not at hospital but at her private clinic after consulting asked her can we call in case of emergency, said yes but didn’t respond immediately,
Next morning after almost 14 hours received call from her as the patient was in deep pain we asked when can we come and visit her in the evening she said I don’t know.
