Very bad experience. Booked 3.30 slot through practo and Dr accepted my booking. Soon i received call from clinic that i can come early, and we agree for 2. Before reaching i called the clinic and got direction and was their by 1:55. They asked me to wait and waited for 10 mins,then put me through the Dr. Chamber. Where a rady smees to be inter was at Dr. Chair and started asking me my concern, she was so nervous that she was stammering. I asked i had a appointment with Dr. Jha were he is, she started building story he has some emergency had to go. When i raised the issue, she called Dr. He said he left at 1.45 and can come by 3 to 3.30.If doctor was not avialable then why they asked me to come early and wasted my time. Over and above that they were lying and arguing. After i left clinic Dr. Called and said he can come back in 10 mins and he had some function to attend. I, Rajender Kumar, visited Dr. JHA Physioworld, Chembur East for treatment of sciatica pain based on their claim of being the "No. 1 Physiotherapy Clinic in Mumbai". He was told that I would be cured within 5 to 6 sessions, and was asked to make an advance payment of ₹6,500 for these sessions.The same deposited , also no bill was provide and not provide after many time asking for.

However, I faced the following issues during my experience:

No proper invoice or bill was provided, even after repeated requests.

The pain relief achieved was only about 10–20%, contrary to their promises.

After 6 sessions, I was asked for 10 additional sessions without clear justification.

There was no prescription of home exercises, no usage of healing creams, or any medical advice beyond the sessions.** **** ****** ** ***** ********** *** *********** * **** ** ******* ******* *********This experience has left me disappointed and concerned about the standards maintained at this clinic.

I had pain in neck and back due to injury while work out and early today early morning I just thought I have to go to Dr Niraj he's **** ** *** ***** *** experienced knows your problem exactly by his treatment I can feel my pain is just out from my neck and back . Also his new Center is amazing very good done interiors and overall staff is very humble and good well trained under Dr Niraj Jha , kudos to the team Physioworld and wishing for new center .
