SRV-C Hospital, Chembur

We were informed by the hospital that please come by 10:30 am because the doctor is just coming to see your patient. However we were made to wait for an hour and as my husband was not keeping well it made it difficult for us. After the doctor came he quickly saw the patient and wrote us some blood tests and x-ray. We quickly went down to get the x-ray and the blood tests done. X-ray film just takes 5 mins but as we went to show the doctor he was already gone. This is still fine, as the doctor had given us a number where we could send the reports. now comes the issue -1. we were told we will get reports on the number and email ID shared - This was delayed in the evening and we had to call the hospital multiple times to send the report as we have to share it with the doctor. As we are writing this we still haven't received the x ray report and the hospital is not picking our call.2. We did send the blood report to the doctor's number shared to us but we have not received any reply and he is not even picking the call.Overall, the whole experience was not very great and to mention it again we are not questioning the prowess of the doctor but operationally we found many issues and found both the doctor and hospital a little laid back.

I had taken appointment and visited the hospital for skin-related issue. ****** *** **** **** *** he has prescribed some medicine for me which I had followed and I was recovered from that. I had to wait for 10 min in hospital for my consultation. Hospital staff was very responsive and cooperative. I am 95% satisfied with doctor treatment. I would like to recommend this doctor to my friends and family.
