When I see Dr. Nivedita for sessions, I really feel heard. She gives me a variety of options for what to focus on and how to approach it, which makes improving myself less intimidating and challenging. Doctor is excellent at identifying the source of your problems. My mind is blown by how rapidly she can identify the root of your problems. She has never pushed me too hard or made me feel uncomfortable, but she still encourages me to work hard to become a better version of myself.
