The appointment was given instantly. My mother was attended to immediately by Dr. Ritu as per arrangements made by Flavia. Dr. Ritu very patiently and nicely explained everything gave us options suggestions and told us to take a call as per family decisions. She immediately gave a IV drip to my mother by which my mother was relieved of her pain. Dr. Ritu ** ****** * **** **** ****** *** really made us comfortable. Flavia was so kind and humble took care that my mother was attended immediately as she is 93 years old and physically handicapped. I recommend everyone to go to Dr. Indoo and Dr. Ritu for treatment. Dr. Ankit is God for us. My father was having skin cancer on face covering one eye and half of the nose. For more than a decade we tried many doctors. Many hospitals we went, but no satisfactory answers we got. Years before surgery of my father we met other doctor at HCG but there also no proper guidance we recieved.

Then we met Dr. Ankit Mahuvakar Sir, from the 1st day of consultancy he was very polite, he explained the detail regarding the disease, He told my Dad you have spoiled it but I will make it Good. He also told us that how old the problem may be he will get it done. After a 12 to 14 hours surgery it's almost 3 years my Father is all well.

The overall experience was very good, Dr. is very friendly and makes the patient feel comfortable and understands the patient very well and conducts the therapy process smoothly. Patient has recovered well from Paralysis attack and is able to walk due to his therapy. I am thankful to the doctor for his treatment towards the patient.

Appointment was at 11 am, we had reached well in time, but over number never came, requested the lady behind the country but she said next is our turn but no luck after waiting more than 1 hour we left the hospital. Totally disappointed and left in anger.

All Oncologists highly qualified, excellent , compassionate, of high integrity committed to heal their patients and deserving of much honour and respect. Proud to see this hospital having one of the very best doctors, the best equipment and comprehensively specialised for the treatment of cancer.

But about the administration department, the rating is not satisfactory. Very rude staff Ms.Sonali, Ms Sakshi , and even the councellor doctor, though seems gentle, joins with these 2 staff members. Observed to be very vindictive and insulting when approached. In the various quality systems which this esteemed cancer hospital basks in,there should be no room for such staff, especially in a comprehensive cancer multi speciality hospital like HCG. Trust this will be of help. Please instruct these staff nembers to be professional and respectful to patients and theiir relatives. We have approached HCG to save lives not to encounter rude, revengeful accontant staff.

She was very good, actually I had a doubt on pigmentation on my breast, she handled very thoughtfully and it was nothing to be scared of. I just went for consultation. She was very approachable. She was very pleasant and thoughtful. I will definitely recommend the doctor to others. The way of explaining and suggestions she gave am happy with that. I am satisfied with the consultation of the doctor.

Doctors need to provide better explanation and the root cause before starting any treatment and let us know what are the alternative options
