Udai Omni Hospital is a 70-bed hospital at Nampally in Hyderabad, specialising in orthopaedics and trauma care. It was established in 1975 by Dr. Ved Prakash, originally as Udai Clinic, and now operates in partnership with Incor's Omni Hospitals, with a newer wing added to the original building. Seventy-nine doctors practise here.Orthopaedics is the hospital's core discipline, covering fractures, joint disorders and trauma injuries, knee replacement, revision surgery for failed or worn joint implants, spine surgery and sports medicine. Keyhole technique is used where the condition allows. Back pain is treated as a distinct service, and physiotherapy runs alongside surgical care so patients move directly from operation into rehabilitation.Beyond orthopaedics the hospital has departments in general surgery, urology, nephrology, neurology, ENT, dermatology, and plastic and reconstructive surgery. A vaccination service is available, and an in-house diagnostic laboratory and a pharmacy open 24 hours support both outpatients and admitted patients. An emergency service operates alongside.Consulting hours run from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. I took appointment ten days prior for Dr uday prakash and visited omni hospital the day I had appointment, after waiting for 3 hour the nurse took me to a junior doctor where he checked my reports and again I waited 1 hour to see Dr uday prakash but the nurse took me to another junior doctor who prescribe some medication and left, when I ask the nurse why is some other doctor saw me instead of Dr uday , she said Dr is busy.

First of all my dad age is 74 and he cannot walk unless someone helps him.. so I asked the doctor if we can consult him on the ground floor he said NO come to first floor we somehow took him and then he saw him walk with difficulty so he said okay now let's go to ground floor.. second he ordered some *********** tests to be done and asked him to admitted when I said No .. he said then get him some saline so he did that and we had to do this and wait there till 5 pm ...I went for checkup at 11 am. *** **** **** *** ******* ** *** ** ***** ******* *** ******

I inform repeatedly that may be I am suffering from osteoarthritis (knee effusion) , after 3 months painful days they suggested arthritis test, ** ** *** * ****** ****** ** ** ****** **** *** *** ** ***** ************ ******* ** * when I first visit on 13 December 2019 with knee effusion why not suggested tests , still I am feeling pain , *** *** **** *** *** **** ***** ** ** ***** I am not satisfied.
