Our interaction with doctor is not even 1 min. We went into the room, he checked whether ear canal is clean. And then immediately he recommended for hearing test. It costs 1000 rupees. It went for 10 min. And when the test results came the main doctor told us to use the hearing aid. Ranbheer sir was roaming hear and there, may be he was busy but I really felt bad that the interaction went less than 30 seconds

Doctor is experienced but he needs to care for patients. Patients have no idea of what he is talking. He is late / guess stays in the same building comes at ease. Overall I am feeling better but not recovered. It’s my first visit to the Doctor. I had an issue with my throat when I ate chicken. So the primary checkup till the throat nothing has been found but I had a feeling that something is wrong at neck level so when I spoke to doctor he has mentioned we can opt for CT but I asked whether is there an alternative he has proposed endoscopy I was fine with it. Thank you doctor for listening and completion of my procedure with safety and support.
