I stay in Hyderabad. From last one and half years i am suffering from heavy gastric problem because of indigestion. I literally want to emphasise the word “Heavy”. Because this gastric problem is giving me Panic Attacks and Heart Burns. The experience of Panic Attack is a Nightmare. It gives a feeling of dying and the Heart burn along with panic attack is Uffffff.....

I went to a multinational hospital. They did all kind of tests from morning to afternoon and at last in the evening they told me that i have GERD (Gastroesophageal reflux disease). Then they have given me Antacids and some other tablets for 3 months. I used it as they told me to use. I thought my gastric problem will go off. But is nothing changed. Once the tablets are over, all the problems are back again. Then i went to the doctor again. He has given me the tablets for another 3 months. I used them again. Again its the same result. Then i understood that its going to be a never ending process till end of my life. And its keep on going for a year and half. Slowly i went into depression.

One day i researched in the internet and made a kashayam with the seeds of Jeera, Dhanya, and Fennel. Believe me, it worked on me like a wonder. One year usage of Tablets are nothing in front of this kashayam.

After 15 days, my stomach is able to digest the food normally. And “wow” - No Panic Attacks at all. Now i am living my life without using any medicines. I am resident of Hyderabad. I am a lecturer in an Engineering College and used to travel minimum 2 hrs every day. I had suffered from Perianial Abscess and Fistula problems last year i.e. 2020. I consulted many doctors in my area i.e. Dilsukhnagar. Finally, on emergency grounds, I was admitted in a hospital in Dilsukhnagar. I was asked to go for more than 7 medical tests in the hospital. Since one and a half year I have been struggling with stiffness around my knee after chondromalacia injury , after consulting Sarangapani Sir, in just 2 months i felt 50% relief already !! I was sufferring from Fistula in Ano for almost more than 2 years. First I have visted Appolo Jubille Hills Hyderabad on 30-Apr-2022. Undergone MRI scan, and the doctor told simply you decide your surgery date and come. I didn't feel confident because he is simply asking for surgery without any explanation and taking patient confidence.

Then I have delayed by 6 months and then visited Mr SarangaPani sir and then again undergone MRI and Perianal Ultrasound scan. It was found almost 10+ external tracks connected with 2 tracks internally. Doctor was confident that and I am also confident that it will be cured in 2 months. Now I am undergoing TB medication as well which was helped in expedite the healing processs for my Fistula.

Finally I want to say doctor is 42 years experinece in Anorectal surgeries and also he is more concerned towards patients than money. He feels for patient and explain very well. And also he will suggest to other good doctors even if you are sufferrring from other problems as well.

I am feeling lucky that undergone surgery with excellent doctor so that it was not repeated for more number of times.

Iam K. SADA SIVA RAO was suffering from fistula and mild piles since five years. I visited one physician and he has given antibiotics and cream, he didn't tell that is fistula and piles. Recently again abscess also formed, was paining, went to another physician, he asked to take ultrasound scanning, after seeing report asked to go to surgeon. Again went to another Ayurvedic doctor tried for medication to avoid surgery.After two months again swelling was there in Abscess, that doctor given information about this doctor. He studied the history asked to take Endo anal scan and after seeing report, clearly explained the actual position six centimeters length from scort external opening to Anal internal opening passing through entire length,it was inverted y shape and was very deep and take two months period for curing by Ayurvedic Kshara Sutra Therapy . Then I have decided to go to this doctor only after seeing his observation and explaining clearly about actual problem. As per his observation, it cured in two months. Really I felt very very happy the way doctor treatment for my problem with reasonable expenditure. Complicated problem made very simple.

I was suffering from Hard motion for one and half year severe pain during and after motion. Consulted a surgeon said its piles but i noticed pus discharge also, my doctor friend suggested to consult Dr Sarangapani sir. He thouroghly examined including Scan etc and said I have fistula also in between two sphincters and deep inside opening. He suggested Ksharasutra treatment and done. With in 3 weeks it's totally healed and my piles problem is also under control. Truely he is a good doctor, friendly, exlains clearly. HospitalStaff very coopertive. Firstly, I thank doctor Sarangapani for explaining me the criticality and giving the best medication & suggesting me for panchakaram. Sister Usha who did my treatment was super friendly and made me feel like home, she has miraculous hands. My treatment was for 9 days and within 3 days my scatica pain reduced to 70% which is amazing as I’ve been through a lot of pain back then and no hospital really gave me a result but this hospital did.
