Aster Prime Hospital

I was having calf muscle pains and difficulty in urination from 5 years. Even with these symptoms, i was leading a comfortable lifestyle. I was advised to take MRI if lambard spine and was diagnosed to have cyst in my spinal chord. After searching for spine doctors on google, I found this doctor and the reviews were also good. I met the doctor and showing the reports, he said that surgery was mandatory and that too as soon as possible else it will trun onto paralysis. I asked how complicated the surgery is and for that the doctor said it's a medium complex surgery. I believed him and undergone the surgery. The doctor has not informed about any side effects and just before surgery in front operation theater, he made his assistant to speak to my family and said that there may by 20% complications post surgery and that too it's ruled out because the doctor has performed more than 5000 surgeries. The surgery was performed and in the evening the doctor visited and said that operation is 99% success. But, I immediately told the doctor that my right leg has lost sensation and became weak. I was not able to walk. The doctor started shying away from me and was not answering to my questions. ****** **** * ******** **** **** ****** ** *** *** ** ****** ** ***** ****** His junior told that within 3 days you can become normal. I was in hospital for 1 week and my position was same. He never used to answer my questions and every time I met him, hewould walk away from me. *** ****** ** * *** **** ** ** *** ******* *** * ******** ******** I asked him if physio therapy will help me, even he discouraged me from taking physio therapy. Even after 7 months, my situation is same. Today I met a physiotherapist, ** ******** ** ********* *** ** **** **** *** ****** *** **** **** ******** *** *** *** ******** **** ** *** ********* *** ** ****** ******** I am repenting now. My sincere advice is never go to this doctor. Please avoid this doctor. ** ** * *** ** ****** ** *** ****** ******* ********** *** **** *********** ***** **** *** *** **** ** ** ***********

Doctor is very patient listens to problem calmly, very polite and very helpful he also sent me professional prescription very quickly along with what to eat and what not to eat also after that he was available on chat to lend a ear to any doubts which i have

I would recommend him and we need more doctors like him who have humanity and understands a patients state of mind when he or she is going through a problem which is very important for doctors to understand and cooperate and he did it very well with politeness

I didn't liked the way of treatment, ******* ****** *********** **** he wrote medicine for a week *** ******* ******** ** ** *** The hospital management is in another level. They want fee for each appointment by showing their policies. We admitted our patient on Nov 6th. On Day 1 before we admitted the patient for In patient procedure, Doctor was nice to explain the situation to us. However, after we admitted the patient from Day 2 Doctor was very rude and didnt had any kind of empathy towards the patient family members in explaining the situation. Necessary Test were conducted late, doctors come late to the hospital, doctors get angry if we seek second opinion from other doctors, after keeping the patient for 3 days without any surgery they put us in a situation that within few mins surgery need to take place and we have to decide within 5 mins.

My little son had health issue so went to hospital. Consultation was fine with the doctor. Doctor told me that reports will be sent via email but he had not sent and consultation amount got wasted. Doctor spoke well. It was a psychological issue. Doctor didn't tell what happened. There was waiting time in the hospital when we went, it was for one hour.

My wife had met the doctor and it was for leg injury. Consultation was fine by the doctor. I would like to recommend the doctor to other people if anyone ask. I am satisfied with the treatment given by the doctor. Tablets were prescribed by the doctor. There was waiting time in the hospital when we went. It was for 30 minutes.

Interaction with Doctor was very smooth and he was very helpful. I am very satisfied with his approach treatment.Having said that, I am not at all happy with support staff during enrollment. They couldn't identify my appointment nor the online payment already done. I had to wait longer while enduring pain. I had very bad experience at Aster Prime except for Doctor, the girl who took me to Doctor & a female security at entrance who helped me during my exit.

My mother had consulted the doctor and it was for health concern* ****** *** ***** I would like to recommend this doctor to my family and friends. We are satisfied with the explanation and treatment given by doctor. Tablets were prescribed by the doctor. There was not much waiting time in the hospital when we went. She is recovering now. My mom had knee replacement issue, surgery happened. Physiotherapy is going on. Doctor was friendly with her.

My wife and I have been under her care for over 10 years. She takes time to explain everything in detail. *** ****** *** ***** He is a gem of a person. His has a very good team. He is very concerned about the the patient. His assistants Dr asra and leela are very very helpful. I went to him for my daughter who is cerebral palsy child. She got a neuro surgery done. Hope to see good results in her. Thank you so much Dr Purohit.
