Ankura hospital for women and children, Banjara Hills

I consulted Ankura hospital, Banjara hills for a tubectomy surgery. I was asked to get the surgical profile tests done. I got all the tests done (double the price ) at Ankura hospital only so that it would be easier to send the reports to doctor as they are all one team. In my reports, my Thyroid component Total T3 was abnormally high. I specifically asked the gynecologist whether we can go for surgery with high T3, for which she said yes. So the next day she had put me on complete liquid diet and that next day i was asked to get admitted by 7 am for surgery. My basic tests were done on the day of admission and they had given antibiotics and iv and prepared me for surgery. Then comes the anesthesiologist who doesn’t give a go ahead for surgery as my Total T3 was high. Then a team of doctors discussed and they wanted to do a free T3 test and fasting glucose test to check for any abnormalities. I was becoming restless by then as almost 7hrs have passed since I got admitted in hospital.********** *** ** *** ******* ********** **** *** ****** ** ******* *** ***** ***** ** *** *** *********** ** ***** ** ***** ** ***** *********** **** **** ** **** ** *** **** **** *** ** ****** ** ** ** **** ******* *** ********* ******* ** *** ****** ** ****** *** So they suggested to call off the surgery and asked me to get the thyroid test done again after 2 weeks and come back.I came back home feeling very exhausted and when opened my file to check the reports again I realized they have changed the previous thyroid report *** **** ************ ******** *** ***** ****** ** ** ****. * ******** ******* **** ** ******* **** **** ****. I went back to confront. The gynecologist became very defensive and said that she is not the right person to answer and asked us to consult the finance head of the hospital. We met him and told what had happened. He called the lab technician and admin and started scolding them. The mistake in the report was a software error it seems which was coming in all the reports. I don’t understand if they knew something like that already existed, why didn’t they correct it? It’s a maternity and children hospital. Just imagine if kids are being treated based on their reports what would happen? ******* ** ******************* didn’t mention the doctors names here because I believe the gynecologist is a good doctor and helping many women conceive and give birth. I also went to her after reading her reviews and recommendation from a family friend. Nevertheless, *** ******** * ********* ***** **** ** **** *** ********** ** *** ********* *** *** **** **** ***** ** *** *** ******* *** ***** *** ***** ** ** ** ******* ****** *** ******** *** *** ********* ***** ** *** **** ** ***** ** **** ********* ****** *** ******** After about 3 hrs of arguments, management had returned the expenses incurred for the lab tests. Please cross check every detail before you get any treatment done at this hospital and never get any tests done there. This is my painful ordeal.

From the very beginning, my case was complicated due to a complete septate uterus, and I knew this pregnancy would not be easy. But thanks to the constant support, expertise, and dedication of my doctor, I was able to safely deliver a healthy baby — a moment that I once thought might not be possible. she placed me on the appropriate medications to help manage my condition. No matter the time or situation, whenever I had concerns or reached out to her — even outside of regular hours — she always responded with patience and kindness. She never made me feel like I was alone in this journey. She was there for every question, every worry, and every complication. That level of dedication is rare and incredibly meaningful, especially for someone going through such a challenging pregnancy.

At 36 weeks, I experienced a sudden water break on a Sunday, a time when most doctors may not be readily available. But she responded immediately and reached the hospital without any delay. Her quick response and hands-on involvement made a world of difference. She personally ensured that my delivery was handled with utmost care and attention, prioritizing both my well-being and the baby's safety. Her presence during such a critical moment gave me so much confidence and comfort.

After the delivery, her care did not stop there. She continued to monitor me closely, making sure that the post-delivery recovery went smoothly. She was meticulous in every aspect — from follow-ups to medications to emotional reassurance. I felt truly cared for, not just as a patient but as a person.

This experience has left a deep impression on me, and I can confidently say that having her as my doctor was the best decision I could have made for my pregnancy. After consulting her Me & my family had complete trust on her from day 1

The way she use to explain each & every step which no other doctor will do

Whenever I had any doubt I ping her & I get replies in minutes which I never seen from any doctor she is available 24/7

Once I had constipation problem I pinged her she suggested tablets I got relief she called at 12 am in morning and asking whether I was okay

After all the complications also she made me to deliver normally

I was 39 weeks but I didn't get pains we consulted her with her advice i got induced

It took almost 20 hours and at the end I was unable to push and asked for section but she motivated me to push at the end I gave up and i was exhausted baby got struck and I was not getting enough pains to push and at the end Dr Sindhuri nd her team they started pushing my stomach down and finally baby was out

she struggled so much to take out the baby

She stayed almost till 3am to deliver my baby I'm really thankful to her.***** ***** **** **** ***** *** *** ** *** ***** I didn't even get any pain after stitches I'm perfectly alright after an hour I was able to walk normally and do all my things

Only because of her I was able to deliver normally and main thing is baby had 2 cords around the neck but still I was able to deliver normally because of Dr.Sindhuri

I'm always thankful to her

Because of prolonged labour baby was unable to breath properly post delivery baby was kept in NICU for 7 days and now he is healthy

We recently moved to Hyderabad and were looking for Gynec for my second pregnancy here and luckily found Dr Sindhuri which was truly a blessing, although my first delivery was via c- section, I requested if we could try VBAC and doctor was of full support and explained me in detail the possibility and I delivered my baby girl on 4th Dec 2025 via VBAC, doctor not only made me feel like family throughout my pregnancy also had tears after my delivery which moved me to see that genuine concern and care. Dr Sindhuri was very supportive, friendly and made me feel so comfortable in discussing any tiny details or questions I had during the pregnancy, also Doctor was always available on WhatsApp when I needed her guidance even in odd hours. Even during the labour she constantly checked on my progress every now and then for the whole night which showed how much she cares for her patients, I must thank every one who have written feedback for Dr Sindhuri, because of which I got in touch with her and had wonderful pregnancy journey.
