He clarified all doubts before my surgery. During my stay in the Udai Omni Hosptial, he and his team regularly visited me and encouraged me that helped me to recover quickly. He is very Unique Doctor *** ********* ******* His team of Doctors are also very skilled and friendly like Dr. Mirza and Dr. Govind. I wish him and his team best of luck for future endeavours.

I took appointment ten days prior for Dr uday prakash and visited omni hospital the day I had appointment, after waiting for 3 hour the nurse took me to a junior doctor where he checked my reports and again I waited 1 hour to see Dr uday prakash but the nurse took me to another junior doctor who prescribe some medication and left, when I ask the nurse why is some other doctor saw me instead of Dr uday , she said Dr is busy.
My question is I paid 800 rs to consult Dr uday prakash and waited for 10 days *** **** * ******* *** **** * **** ********* ****** ****** ***** **** ** *** ********** ****** ** **** ******* ****** **** **** ** ** **** ***** ** ******* ********* ******* **** **** **** *** **** ******************** ***** *** ******* ** *****

First of all my dad age is 74 and he cannot walk unless someone helps him.. so I asked the doctor if we can consult him on the ground floor he said NO come to first floor we somehow took him and then he saw him walk with difficulty so he said okay now let's go to ground floor.. second he ordered some *********** tests to be done and asked him to admitted when I said No .. he said then get him some saline so he did that and we had to do this and wait there till 5 pm ...I went for checkup at 11 am. *** **** **** *** ******* ** *** ** ***** ******* *** ******

Consulting Dr Ved Prakash is highly pleasant and reassuring experience. Incredibly professional and man of great ethics.
The wait time despite an appointment is horrible. You would wait for 3 hours is very exhausting specially to patients in pain. Suggest you improve your policy of streaming patients.

Dr and his assistant were toooo much in a hurry and dint bother to listen to the complete issue. After waiting for 4 hours I expect the dr to listen to the issue in detail rather than jumping on suggesting surgeries and medicine. Very much disappointed about his attitude, sorry I don’t recommend him to anyone. I have paid n expect value for what I paid but looks like dr ** *** **** ********* *** have no sympathy towards patient. Very much disappointed

he gave appointment for 2.30 pm but saw the patient at 5.30 pm. we first waited for 2 hours outside his office then we were told to go to 5th floor and wait, where there is no seating area. orthopedic patients having bone, leg, joint pains are made to wait standing for an hour! pathetic!

I inform repeatedly that may be I am suffering from osteoarthritis (knee effusion) , after 3 months painful days they suggested arthritis test, ** ** *** * ****** ****** ** ** ****** **** *** *** ** ***** ************ ******* ** * when I first visit on 13 December 2019 with knee effusion why not suggested tests , still I am feeling pain , *** *** **** *** *** **** ***** ** ** ***** I am not satisfied.
